Hmm i dont like the color, black and blue are ok but brown ?
Only UPS and Nazi wear that color.

I usually will only wear black and blue as well but there are certain exceptions as I have a camo color and a brown. That being said I will stick with Levi’s brand or peviani as they fit the best. I wanted to wear out last night but humidity got so bad I could not.

The brown overalls look awesome! It's okay if you don't like the color brown. However, Carhartt duck bibs are brown and many people in the construction field wear them to work in.

I like these brown overalls along with my others. Once the temps are back below 100 back to overalls only. I really dislike jeans and prefer to be strapped with bib at all times.

These Levis overalls are beautiful! They must fit amazing. How about wearing shortalls during hot days. This way you can wear shortalls during the summer and overalls during colder days. I feel te same about jeans. With shortalls you can wear overalls every day of the year.

Thank you. That is something to consider and will keep in mind. If I find some good ones I might buy. The issue only presents itself when it gets 106 or hotter but I think those days are behind us for the year. For now Levi’s and the peviani brand are amazing and fit well. The ones you see above are from Macy’s and they are great. Yes there are two exceptions to wearing Jeans but when the exception comes up I dislike it. I prefer to never wear jeans again. I have considered buying suspenders for those exceptions to make them like overalls and be a bit tolerable.

What are your thoughts on the idea of suspenders. There are two times I have to wear jeans on concert night or a fancy dinner outing. Although very rare I was thinking suspenders to make it more tolerable to accommodate the rare situation.

There is simply nothing that comes close to the experience of wearing overalls. I understand that in some cases overalls are not "socially acceptable". If wearing jeans with suspenders makes you feel like wearing overalls in such cases, then go for it. However, it won't feel the way as overalls do. The long crotch, the bib, the sides and the high back all contribute to the awesome experience of wearing overalls. Also do not forget about the fact the overalls are the main part of your outfit when you wear overalls. Everything else you wear is subordinate to the overalls and should be chosen as such that the overalls become more noticeable. For example if you wear indigo blue overalls then a white t-shirt will accentuate the overalls by creating contrast between the t-shirt and the overalls. Jeans will never be able to create this effect. Nothing can com even remotely close to substituting an overall. Btw, do you also wear overalls or other one-piece clothing during the night?

I agree and for everything overalls only except at bed time which could change. During the day overalls only. Thanks for your thoughts. I am going to find a way for overalls on the exceptions as I never want to wear jeans again. I have a total of 8 pairs so I can never wear jeans again.

The eventual goal is to go overalls as close to 24/7 as possible.I am almost there. I will ask you the same thing you asked me though. Do you only wear overalls and do you wear them at night as well meaning 24/7?

I am just curious as I see you holding up bib with hands do you wear the bib and straps or let them hang? You are right that the The overalls 24/7 does interrupt when we hit 110 or higher in our area but for rest of time overalls only. I only have 2 jeans which are only for 110 or higher but the rest overalls

I always wanted overalls and planned to wear them with the bib up and straps buckled. But when I finally bought some and tried them on, I realized how dumb they looked on me. I was about ready to take them off and change into something else. I still have the overalls and they are currently sitting on a shelf in my bedroom closet.

They look good on you. Not dumb at all. Just buckle up and good to go. They will look outstanding once strapped up.

I happen to like the brown overalls and think they look good on me. I understand some people don't care for the color. Sometimes I get bored of wearing blue or indigo overalls all the time. However, I won't buy or wear a hickory striped pair of overalls. That is way outside my comfort zone.

I am the same way. Will wear black, blue brown and camo. I am just like you regarding the hickory color as outside my comfort zone. The brown ones look good on you by the way and i have the exact same ones in my collection.

I just purchased a pair of the Levi overalls. They are so comfortable! This is the first pair of overalls I’ve owned since I was bullied in middle school for wearing them.

I high school i had the same problem but I ignored it and worked through it. Now overalls is all i wear.

So, if you are wearing overalls and somebody gives you a dirty look or comment, you should ignore it? What if the negative responses are coming from a friend or a member of your family?

I have that exact issue and my answer is ignore. I have a certain family member that does that and criticizes other things i do and I ignore. She gets the hint and has stopped.

Bought the carharrt wip in stonewash blue yesterday. I went one size down as my usual was sold out. Hope they fit.
