What are these Bee Bibs?

@Toejam: They are "Tigerduck" bibs. In German: Tigerente. They were very popular long time ago in the German children TV show "Tigerenten Club" where children in the elementary school age were plaing games against each other. This show still runs today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tigerenten_Club
I also grew up watching children of my age wearing this kind of striped bibs. The other Team called frogs had plain green bibs. In todays TV the team members only wear yellow and green t-shirts.
